Request account deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your Waslha account and associated personal data. You can also email us directly using the button below.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to waslha.app@gmail.com with the subject line Waslha account deletion request.
- Include the email address (and phone number, if any) used for your Waslha account, and whether you are a customer or a driver.
- We will verify ownership of the account, then delete it and associated personal data.
What we delete
- Your Firebase Authentication account
- Your user profile in Firestore (name, phone, account type, location, referral data, and related profile fields)
- Uploaded verification documents and profile photos in Cloud Storage for your account
- Push notification tokens linked to your account
What we may retain
We may retain limited information when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. For example, completed delivery order records may be kept in anonymized or minimized form (without your account profile) where needed for operational or legal records.
Timeline
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is finished, or if we need more information to verify the request.
