1. About Waslha
Waslha is a delivery dispatch platform that connects customers who need deliveries with drivers who fulfill them. We provide the technology platform; customers and drivers are responsible for their own business activities and compliance with applicable laws.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and meet any local age or licensing requirements to use the Service, especially as a driver. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information.
3. Accounts
- You choose an account type: customer or driver.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Drivers may be required to submit identity documents and verify a phone number before accessing driver features.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Submit false identity or verification information.
- Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service or other users.
- Reverse engineer or misuse the app except as permitted by law.
5. Merchant and driver responsibilities
- Merchants are responsible for order accuracy, lawful goods, and interactions with drivers and customers.
- Drivers are responsible for safe operation of their vehicle, valid licenses and permits, and timely, professional delivery conduct.
6. Payments and fees
Pricing, payouts, and payment terms may be introduced or updated in the app or in separate agreements. Unless stated otherwise, you are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your use of the Service.
7. Intellectual property
Waslha, its branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for its intended purpose.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific delivery outcomes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waslha and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Waslha operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply.
